If an injured employee's employer has chosen a Texas Mutual® policy that includes our workers' comp health care network option and the employee lives within the network service area, the employee is required to select their treating doctor from the network's list.
An employee can change treating providers once within the workers' comp health care network. Subsequent changes must be approved by the network.
