As an agent, we value your partnership and are continually adding training and educational resources to help you serve your Texas Mutual clients. Providing you with the tools you need to be successful is an important part of Texas Mutual’s commitment to our agent community. For this reason, we're excited to announce the addition of new tool to our resource lineup called microlearning, focused bite-sized learning at your fingertips. Unlike webinars, microlearning is targeted learning under 10 minutes that allows users to progress at their own pace and re-visit the video lesson at any time. The benefits of microlearning include better engagement, retention and on-the-job application. Here's some of the microlearning content we're currently offering:
