Get to know the new safety resource catalog

To help you build a safer workplace and enhance your safety program, we’ve rolled out a new and upgraded safety resource catalog for Texas Mutual policyholders. The new catalog, which you can access through your Texas Mutual Online (TMO) account, brings thousands of resources to your fingertips.

Through our partnership with Zywave, an insurance tech industry leader, you have access to:

Presentations for safety meetings
OSHA-compliant guidance and materials
Health care and insurance compliance guidelines
Online safety training videos
Safety manuals and more

Much of the content is also available in Spanish.

How to access the catalog

Policyholders will need to log in to their TMO accounts and select Safety in the top menu. Then choose the updated link for the Safety and employer resources catalog.

Please note, the first time you access the catalog, you will need to acknowledge an online agreement. You will also have the option to save your information for easy access in the future. After completing those steps, you will be able to proceed to the catalog and Zywave will email you a confirmation of your account creation.

Navigating the new catalog

The catalog features thousands of resources, and there are a number of ways that you can find different content to help you build a safer workplace. The Safety Resource tab is a great place to start to find content and resources to share with your employees. There you’ll find safety newsletters, educational videos, meeting materials on specific safety topics, resources for your workplace safety program and safety information specific to your industry.

The Employer HR Resources and Tools tab contains resources that will help you as an employer with topics such as workers’ comp basics, risk management and compliance.

You can also use the Browse All Content link to help narrow down your search and find specific resources.

Where to see new resources

The featured communication section on the first screen within the catalog keeps you up to date with the latest resources. Find content such as new safety meeting resources, employee communications, legal news, OSHA updates and more. Content is being updated daily. Log in to see the some of the latest updates this month including:

How to find training videos

In the catalog, you have access to more than 300 videos that you can view or download. To browse videos, choose Video Resources under the Safety Resources tab. Most videos also include supplemental materials like facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations and quizzes to help you engage your employees and present information in an impactful way.

How to find Toolbox Talks

Our Toolbox Talks, brought to you by the Texas Mutual safety services team, are designed to help you facilitate safety conversations with your employees. Each Toolbox Talk features a safety message followed by discussion questions. You can find an archive of Toolbox Talks by searching for “Toolbox Talks” in the catalog search bar.
