With over $90 million distributed to our local communities, businesses and working families since 2016, we’re helping to build a more stable Texas. Through grant programs, sponsorships, and volunteering opportunities, we are able to expand our impact for good by partnering with organizations all across the state.
To help fortify our communities, we invest in grant opportunities for our policyholders and nonprofits throughout Texas. Every year, we review these programs to make sure we’re putting our resources in the right place—directing funding to the communities and organizations in need.

Generational learning grants are awarded to nonprofits that are working to improve the health and wellness of Texas workers and families, strengthening early childhood education, and providing holistic support to make sure families have everything they need to seize opportunities and build a brighter future. |

Workforce development grants are awarded to nonprofits invested in training Texas’ current and future workforce in safe work practices, creating pathways to in-demand, middle-skill jobs, and supporting adult learners with upskilling and reskilling through earn-and-learn initiatives to ensure they are ready for today’s opportunities and tomorrow’s challenges. |
