How we support large businesses

At Texas Mutual, we’re striving to support businesses and in turn, strengthen the state’s economy. We know we’re stronger together and that’s why we work hard to support our valuable agent partners in providing the best service possible to our mutual clients. We recognize that businesses of different sizes have different needs. Our Large Account Program is geared toward helping larger companies navigate the workers’ compensation process and providing them with additional services to support their success.

Large Account Program services

Texas Mutual policyholders with a premium over $100,000 are eligible for our Large Account Program, pending approval. The program offers a dedicated Texas Mutual point of contact and other specialized services to help larger businesses stay on top of claims, safety, audits and more.

Members of the Large Account Program will be assigned to a large account manager, who will be their direct contact. Our large account managers are available for in-person and virtual meetings to answer questions about anything from paying a bill or downloading loss runs to accessing our e-Learning safety training. They also provide step-by-step assistance with payroll reporting and regular claim reviews to discuss the status of recent and ongoing claims and help address any questions or concerns.

Large account program

Beyond assistance from their large account manager, policyholders can access free online safety resources at their convenience. With their Texas Mutual Online (TMO) account, policyholders have access to thousands of free safety and training resources including industry specific safety programs, online videos, e-Learning courses and more.

Premier accounts

Texas Mutual policyholders within the Large Account Program that have a premium over $400,000 are considered premier accounts. In addition to receiving the large account services mentioned above, these clients will receive regular safety consultations and a customized safety service plan from our safety services professionals.
